county council dress the issue.

alleys and hotels (with exeeptioa~ of the guests' rooms}, It would stern a~aore appropriate to, rather t1
discrin~izaate with "cent places", perhaps place t1~c bao on all indoor public places. It i~ possible that tl~ bill
