Informs the Federal government will provide spot improvements, at no cost to the County, beginning at the Canicula Road and the Mauna Kea Summit Road intersection and extending to the northern boundary of the Maulua tract of the Hakalau Forest National Wildlife Refuge. The agreement will commit the County to assist with local coordination as necessary and to maintain the improvements once they are completed.
