Copy of letter to Dominic Yagong, Chairman, Committee on Parks and Environmental
Management, from Barbara Bell, Director, Department of Environmental Management, dated
October 2, 2002, per his request, submits the confirmed schedule of vendor presentations to
the P&EMC for October IS and October 16, 2002.
(NOTE: This communication is in relation to Res. 238-02 (Comm. 730) authorizing the
acceptance by the County of Flawai`i of the Addendum to the Integrated Solid O~aste
Management Plan for the County of liawai`i, which was discussed and deferred at the
P~EMC's September l0, 2002 meeting.)

a video tape and informational brochures for the Committee.
