Bill 227: Amends Chapter 24 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 Edition), relating to
Vehicles and Traffic. {This bill sets the parking meter rate at the Hawaii County
Building at 25 cents per half-hour; establishes a new eight-hour parking meter zone at
the Aupuni Center fronting Kilauea Avenue and establishes new two-hour parking
areas at the Aupuni Center along the northwest (Pauahi Street) and southwest (Kilauea
Avenue) sides of the Aupuni Center Building.}
