SUBJECT: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF THE PUBLIC SEWER
TO QUEEN LILI'UOKALANI SUBDIVISION, DISTRICT OF NORTH KONA,
COUNTY AND STATE OF HAWAII
We are submitting the attached proposed resolution for your review and consideration in
accordance with Section 21-26 of the county code.
The Department of Environmental Management and Environmental Management Commission
recommend approval of this extension (letter attached).

DISTRICT OF SOUTH HILO, COUNTY AND STATE OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF THE
PUBLIC SEWED TO QUEEN LILI°UOKALANI SUBDIVISION, DISTRICT OF
NORTH KONA, COUNTY AND STATE OF HAWAPI
At the September 24, 2002 meeting of the Environmental Management Commission, a motion was
made to recommend approval of the Komohana Heights and Queen Lili'uokalani Subdivision sewer
extension resolutions. It was passed unanimously. Therefore, we recommend that they be forwarded
to the Hawaii County Council for adoption.
