SUBJECT: COUNCIL'S 2003 STATE LEGISLATIVE PROGRAM
This is to inform you that we will begin formulating the Council's 2003 State
Legislative Package. Please submit written proposals - bills or concepts - to the Public
Works and Inter-Governmental Relations Committee, for discussion. These proposals
should be turned in by October 10, 2002, the deadline for the October 22, 2002
Committee meeting.
