1. The upper Waiakea diversion project for the Waiakea Stream (HB 2597).
2. The upper Kaumana diversion project for the Waipahoehoe and Kaluiiki
Streams (HB 2597)
3. Immunity from natural hazards (falling rocks, etc.)
4. Increase funding for more personnel in the hospital emergency rooms
