Re~ardin~: Proposed Amendments to Resolution 238-02 The following are amendments that were made to Resolution 238-02, and became part of Draft 2: " WHEREAS, potential vendors have expressed the ability to fund and construction for a solid waste diversion technolo~~ including_waste sorting stations• and WHEREAS, the Council would like the chair of the Committee on Parks and Environmental Management or designated representative to be a member of the RFP Evaluation Committee along with the Directors of the Departmen~ of Environmental Manaaement, Planning, Public Works, and Financez and WHEREAS, the Council would like to make the fina~olicy formulation and decision-making re~ardin~ an Inte~°ated Solid Waste diversion technolog,~ d its vendor, and requests that the final two recommendations of the RFP Evaluation __.....z~...,e Committee be submitted to the Council for final decision-making."
