This is to transmit Resolution No. 251-02, Draft 2 which was the result of an amendment made
at the Finance Committee meeting of October 22, 2002. The amendment is as follows:
Changed the second Whereas clause to read "WHEREAS, a retaining wall approximately
eleven (11) feet in height has been built on an adjoining property (TMK No. (3)7-3-51:36)
owned by Niu Pia Farms, Ltd. that..."
