The waste mill be reduced by 90% including ash. ? ~Jo fue! preparation is req€~ired. ? Sarlovi~ projects operate at a 90% capacity factor. The project is located at an existing landfill so social impacts due to traffic patterns and location are got altered. ? The 200 ton per day project is sized for grov~th based on the current East side requireri~ients of a170 tons per day. ? The facslity is snnocuous in appearance-and is a clean operation. One of Sarlo~r's projects is adjacent to a hospital and another is on a University cai~pa~s. ? fibs project provides for ~ IIAW of electricity for sales to ~i~LCO or for stearri to aro industrial user. ? Included with this package are an updated vendor information form and an outline ~~ith our cornrrsents regarding competing technologies. `The outline also lists sores questions that should help clarify the proposals submitted and clarify the requirerrnts for -after market revenues or assumptions that have been made that should be clearly defined prior to award of contract.
