WIIEREAS, Julie Jacobson has been a Council Member of the County of
Hawaii since December 7, 1998 representing Council District 6, Upper Puna,
Ka`u and South Kona; and
~VI-IEREAS, during these past four years Council Member Jacobson has
participated on all standing committees and served as Vice-Chair of the
Committee on Y-€uman Services and Economic Development (1998-2002); and
WIIEREAS, Council Member Jacobson will complete her term on
December 2, 2002.
