Council-initiated Bill No. 265 amending Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the
Hawaii County Code regarding Scenic Corridor Overlay District
Kailua Village Special :district
This is to confirm that the draft Dill No. 265 relating to Scenic Corridor Overlay Districts has
been placed on the agenda for the nest Kailua Village Design Commission meeting. Their next
meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Noy=ember 26, 2002 beginning at. 5:00 P.M. at the Mayor's
Office Conference Room, Suite 103, Manama Place Office Building in Kailua Village.
4~Ve would appreciate the presence of a representative at the meeting to assist the Commission in
the review of the draft bill. After the Commission's review, their recommendation will be
forwarded to the Planning Director.
