I'm writing regarding Bill 260. As an owner of a natural foods store, I suppose it is
expected that I would support the passage of this bill. However, I do not only support
this bill due to my healthy lifestyle. I worked in the restaurant inducer for many years
and had to pL4 up wih the acts of secondhand smoke. I ofter. had colds 86 well

There are also offer €sst that should be consklered when voting on this bill. The
rate of asthma on this island is extremely high. We owe it to the children of our
community to give them. a fighting chance to be healthy. I have three children myself
and 1 know that smoke affects all of them in a negative way. I have listened to a old
wheezing and coughing, fighting for every breath due to asthma, 'Tease consider
the heafth of the community when voting on this bill. Thank you for your time.
