Pursuant to section 92-5(a)(~), I-fawai`i Revised Statutos, as amended, the Office of the
Corporateon Counsel requt~sts the opportu~lity for confidential attorney-client discussion
in executive session concerning the joint request of-this office and I~OE,~ to reconsider
the Council's earlier decision.
This case involves the request by a County employee for legal representation in a
quasi-crim;nal traffic matter currently pending before the Qistrict Court of the Third
Circuit, youth Kohala Qiviuion.
We respectfully ask this matter be place on the Council's next agenda as permitted by
law.
