ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 02-77, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2002 TO JUNE 30, 2003.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 02-77, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2002 to June 30, 2003,
is hereby amended by increasing the following appropriation:
PUBLIC WORKS:
West Hawaii County Building [$840,000] $2,000,000
(110-199-5196.05)
SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $1,160,000
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being
amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
