AN ORDINANCE AMl?NDfNG CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAI'1 COUNTY CODE
1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING 1'O VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC.
BE IT ORDAINED F3Y "1'HF. COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI'l:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 6, section 2d-287, schedule 35
(passenger loading zones), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the }{awai'i County Code 1983
(1995 edition), is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to
read as follows:
~ Kinoole Street southwest side from a point two hundred ninety-two feet
southeast of Waianuenue Avenue and extending forty Ceet in the
southeasterly direction from 4.00 p m to l2 midnig_ht except Sunda
holidays.
SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored.
In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not he
included.
SECI~U)N 3. I1 any provision of this ordinance. or the application thereof to any
person or circumstance. is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or
application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severahle.
SI~.CCION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
