As required by Section 3-6(b)(4) of the Hawaii County Charter, I hereby reappoint Constance R. Kiriu to
the position of the Legislative Auditor effective December 2, 2002.
This appointment is exempt from Civil Service laws and classification, and is subject to approval by the
Hawaii County Council.
