A fully executed copy of the Grant Agreement will be provided to you upon signature by the NHTSA Contracting Officer. Mr. Victor Dea is designated as the NHTSA Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) for your Grant Agreement. This person will be responsible for monitoring your progress and for providing technical assistance and guidance concerning the programmatic aspects of performance of your project. You may contact the NHTSA COTR at (415) 744-2995. However, any requests for project revisions, including time extensions and budget changes, must be submitted to the NHTSA Contracting Officer for approval.
