PEMA has obligated $75,000 to ' implement the project. The County of I-lawai i must provide a matching amount of at least of $25,000 as part of the program requirement. The performance period for the project is from August 1, 2002, to January 31, 2004. Any extensions or changes in the scope of work must be submitted to this office for approval. Quarterly reports are rcgnired with the first one due on January 3, 2003. Final financial reconciliation and documentation must be completed 90 days after the expiration or termination of the gent. Please sign the attached memorandum of agreement which has been negotiated and coordinated with your staff.
