Mahuna, dated November 21, 2002, transmitting the above report of marijuana eradication missions on October 21-23, 2002 in East Hawaii and on October 28-30, 2002 in West Hawaii, as required by Resolution 46-O1. The attached reports indicate the number of plants eradicated and the number of complaints received from the public, the type of complaint and the complaint disposition. Comm. 25: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 02-76, AS AMENDED, THE (Bill 9) OPERATING BUDGE"f FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THF. FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 3Q, 2003 (by appropriating an additional $1,500 for the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) grant) From Finance Director William Takaba, dated December 2.2002, transmitting the above bill. The State Department of the Attorney General Crime Prevention and .lustice Assistance Division is providing funding to hire a sexual assault nurse examiner coordinator to manage and coordinate this program.
