Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating the funds into a CDL equipment account. The upgraded equipment will support ow commercial driver's license program. We initially received approval on April 17, 2001, but, we could not meet certain administrative deadlines for approval from ow County Council and Purchasing Department. As a result, the computers were not pwchased.
