Re: Resolution for amulti-year agreement
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds for more than one fiscal year
for amulti-year contract for services for scrap metal and vehicle disposal. Through
research of the industry, it has been determined that a 10 year contract will provide the
best opportunity for cost-effective scrap metal and vehicle disposal operations.
