Re: Mamalahoa Bypass Hway
Transmitted herewith please end a resolution authorizing the condemnation of a
portion of Tax Map Key:(3}&-1-007:045, situate at ®nouli 2 and Keopuka, South Kona,
County and State of Hawaii. This parcel is owned by Robert Richands, et al., and will
be used as a portion of the M~malahoa Bypass Hsghway.
We are further requesting to meet with the Council in executive session to brief
them as to the necessity for such a resolution.
