Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate Mr. Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D., to serve on the Veterans
Advisory Committee as the representative of the Military Order of the Purple
Heart, Hilo Chapter 731. Commander Wilson currently is a retired book editor.
He previously served as a Tactical Officer at the Valley Forge Military Academy.
He also served on a committee for Congressman Curt Weldon of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Wilson states that he is a member of the Republican Party. If confirmed, he
will serve a term to end on December 31, 2004.
