Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to inform you that I have appointed Ms. Kelly Ann Soo of
Council District 7 to the County of Hawaii Family Violence Commission. Ms. Soo
is a lifelong resident of Hawaii and is currently a Women's Advocate Case
Manager with Turning Point for Families. She serves in several capacities with
the Solid Rock Ministries, and is an AYSO soccer coach. Ms. Soo states that
she is a member of the Republican Party. She will replace Mr. Alexander Graves
who resigned, and her term is co-terminus with the Mayor.
