To whom it may concern,
I find it strange that the State government here in Hawaii can give permits to
people to grow, and have, limited amounts of marijuana for the purpose of alleviating
the pain and nausea of illness, and the Police can then come with their low flying
helicopters (illegal in residential areas), rappel down to take the few allowed plants
(illegal in residential areas) and arrest a sick person for having the legally allowed
plants.
My concern is not only about the Green Harvest which should be illegal, but for
the disturbance created over my home, and all the others near mine, by noisy
helicopters flying much too low, hovering and frightening sleepers and birds, and,
worrying all of us about the possibility of accidents to said helicopter.
