Welcome aboard <br /> members, Mr. Reynolds, Dr. Holschuh and Mr. Jacobson. I am here today to say, it <br /> is time for a new beginning. I'd tike to believe that the time and efforts spent here <br /> testifying before are being efficient and effective throughout our county. Again, <br /> now is a time for change as change is good. This year we hope to accomplish with <br /> you "common ground" and we hope to effectively bring forth to you the needs of <br /> citizens/constituents of this county. Again I would like to offer my services to you. I <br /> look forward to working closely with each and every one of you during this next <br /> year. As a member of this community, I believe that once we get to that area of <br /> reaching common goals to meet the needs of people of this community, we the <br /> people, will see that the people we elect to their appropriate seats do in fact long to <br /> serve the members of this community. I encourage you to listen and talk story with <br /> people of the county to find out what the true needs are that we are waiting to be <br /> fulfilled.
