Re: Claim against the County by Cvril Kanemitsu '
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4),Hawai`i Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult
with the County Council on a claim submitted by Cyril Kanemitsu arising out of
an incident that occurred at his home. We ask that this case be placed on the
council's agenda at its earliest convenience.
