SUBJECT: TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMEN'C
KINOOLE STREET
PROPOSED PASSENGER LOADING ZONE
Dr. John Wohler, Director of the Hilo Afrer Hours Medical Clinic requests that a Passenger
Loading Zone be authorized on the mauka-side of Kinoole Street, puna-side of the old Hilo Hotel
exit driveway.
We investigated this request and conclude the proposed loading zone will benefit patients with
disabilities as well as for other business in the immediate area.
We ask for your review and consideration for adoption of the subject amendment. Should you
have any questions, please contact Casey K. Yanagihara, Traffic Division Chief, at 961-83A1.
