Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate Mr. Bill P. Thibadeau of Council District 3 to the
County of Hawaii Planning Commission.
Mr. Bill P. Thibadeau is a 49-year resident of Hawaii. Mr. Thibadeau is currently
retired from Hilo Transportation and Terminal Co., where he served as president
and director. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the County of Hawaii Civil
Service Commission. Mr. Thibadeau formerly served on the County Tax Board
of Review, Police Commission, and the State Commission of Transportation to
name a few. Mr. Thibadeau states that he is not affiliated with any political party,
and if confirmed, will serve a term to expire on December 31, 2007.
