Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 19, Drafr 2, with the following
amendments to Conditions D & I, as discussed at the January 7, 2003 Planning Committee
meeting:
1. Condition D. Deletes all references to curbs, gutters and sidewalks.
2. Condition L Inserts the phrase "which minimizes use of County landfills" in the
first sentence.
3. Corrects the spelling of"Hina-Lani Street" throughout the document, and replaces
the attached map, which originally named it "Hina Lani Drive"
