Re: Claim aoainst the County by Joely Marzan
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4),Hawai`i Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult
with the County Council on a claim submitted by Joely Marzan arising out of an
incident that occurred on the sidewalk fronting the Mooheau bus terminal. We
ask that this case be placed on the council's January 23, 2003, agenda.
