I am in favor of the proposed re-zoning for Mr. Thomas. This re-zoning will provide Volcano
community with an expanded level of services by providing us with a local source of a wide
variety of home improvement and building materials. This much needed additional warehouse
space will also include an equipment rental service which will make it more convenient for
Volcano community members to rent specialized equipment.
I urge all council members to please support this, legal, and much wanted re-zoning application
that will improve the quality of service for Volcano residents.
