Attendance is made by Family Court, Teen Court and District Court and shortages will occur from
time to time.
3. What corrective actions have you already taken in this past quarter, if any, to get closer to your
milestones and performance targets?

If the minor fails to attend IMPACT once given a referral date, the parents of the minor are notified
and are instructed to contact the referring agency to insure rescheduling and appearance of their
minor to the next regular scheduled IMPACT program.

PROGRAM NAME: P.A.G.E. Program 8~ I.M.P.A.C.T. Program
Brlaf Descrlptlon: Positive Alternative Gang Education is directed at elementary children in the Public School system on the West side
of the Big Island. The program focuses on 8 aspects of gangs that include, I.D. of gangs, Behavior o(gangslpeer pressure, Graffiti and
property damage, Law and consequences, Violence prevention, ConBict management, Impact on family, and Future purswis. IMPACT
program educates the iuvenile offender to the consequences of underage drinking and present the long-term and short-term effects of
such activities.
