As Volcano residents, we ould like to submit our objection to Aill #4, concerning
Maurice Thomas' applicati n for re-zoning in order to build a "lumber warehouse".
We are not opposed to som degree of commercial zoning in our community, and it
would involve specifically Id Volcano Road, on which Mr. Thomas' property is
located; however, from all escriptions (building siu, materials to be used), this project
sounds much more like a li ht industnal project than. simply, a commercial venture.
