CONCERNING: Change of Zone for Maurice Thomas
The issue of rezoning may appear to lie in semantlq. Is n a warehouse? or Is it
an adjunct to the existing hardware store?
If it is truty an adjunct, why the need for 15,000 sq feet with 30 feet high roof?

Looking beyond semantics, I am concerned that issues Ilke these will continue tD
arise for Vobano Ville The existing9 zoni is not working. We need help b
NOT get in to this position again. Pitting nei~ibor against neighbor is busy ibr our
comrrxaniry.
We need a special code for Vo~ano Village, a new zoning ordinance. One that
embraces the special character of our Village.
Pefiaps the County can teed the wtAy for this to happen.
I ask that you not approve this request for rezoning and that you erx;ourage the
County Planning Department to lead the way to a special erode for Vobarw
Village. One that wiit sews the community for many years to Dome.
