RE: Briefing on Bill 260 relating to "Smoking in Certain Places in the County
of Hawai' i"
I have asked Coalition For A Tobacco Free Hawai' i to give a briefing to the Human
Services and Economic Development Committee on February 4, 2003. The briefing will
help the new council members become familiar with the tobacco laws and assist in
developing legislation to withstand legal challenges and clarify enforcement issues.
