Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 3, Drafr 5, with the following
amendments as discussed at the January 23, 2003 Council meeting:
1. Condition E(4). Restores the second paragraph of Condition E(4) which was
deleted in Draft 4 with a slight modification. The median refuge lane may now be
installed if the Department of Public Works requires it.
2. Conditions E(5)and E(6) have been renumbered.
3. Condition N. Credit has bcen given for 83 units, so the fair share contributions
has been recalculated for 1 17 units.
4. Condition N. In the second section, due to the aforementioned renumbering of
sections, Condition E(4) is now E(5).
