TMK: 7-5-18: 8 Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 3, Draft 4, with the following amendments: 1. Condition E(2). Amends the last sentence to read "Left turns into the project site at the Alii Drive driveway entrance shall be prohibited.' 2. Condition E(3). Amends the first sentence to read "The [shoulder] improvements on Walua Road shall consist of curb, gutter and sidewalks along the mauka side and~aved swales on the makai side including drainage improvements and necessary relocation of utilities." 3. Condition E(4). Deleted iu its entirety. 4. Condition E(4) formerly 1:(5). Amended to read "The applicant shall provide twenty public parking stalls and restroom facilities along the mauka side of Alii Drive and on the County's Sewer Pump Station to accommodate the public's use of Waiaha Bay. 'there shall also be [restroom facilities and] adequate space the proiect site for an additional twenty parking stalls for future development." 5. Condition G (6) has been renumbered E(5). Comm. Divides the second sentence into two sentences: "The applicant shall design mitigation measures to contain spills and prevent any material from leaching or draining into the ground[,], Project site drywells, or drainage systems as part of the drainage study shall contain, at a minimum, drywell systems that are designed with a debris catch basin before flowing into the drywell." 7. Condition N. Amends the second sentence to read "The amount of the fair share contribution shall be the sum which is the product of multiplying the number of multiple family residential units proposed to be developed by the amounts allocated hereinbelow for each such unit, and shall become due and payable prior to [final subdivision approval for any portion ofJ The issuance of the ' rtifi at of Occupancy for any unit on the subject property or its increments." 8.
