Governor Linda Lingle has confirmed that she will be joining us for the Council meeting on
February 5, 2003. I would like to request that her visitation to the Council be agendized on the
February 5t" Council meeting in the Council Room at 9:00 a.m. She will be addressing concerns
raised by Council Members relating to island -wide issues.
For informational purposes, her presentation will be about an hour long and will be followed by
a break.
