SUBJECT: RESOLUTION TO SET FORTH THE GOALS AND POLICIES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII ON THE SUBJECT OF SOLID WASTE REDUCTION
AND DIVERS[ON FROM THE LANDFILLS, DRAFT 2
We are submitting the attached draft 2 of the proposed resolution for your review and
consideration
• The second "WHEREAS" clause has been changed in iYs entirety.
• The third "WHEREAS" clause has been changed in iYs entirety.
• The name of the Acting Director, State Department of Health has been replaced with the
name of the newly appointed Director in the second `BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED"
clause.
