This is to confirm that the subject application has been placed on the agenda for the next Kailua
Village Design Commission meeting. Their next meeting is scheduled fot Tuesday, May 27, 1997
beginning at 5:00 P.M. at the Mayor's office conference room, Suite 103, Hanama Place Oflice
Building in Kailua Village.
We would appreciate the presence of a representative at the meeting to assist the Commission in
the review on the subject application. After the Commission's review, their recommendation wdl
be forwarded to the Planning Director. The Planning Director will transmit the Commission's
. recommendation to tl)e County Council who is the final authority in the granting of the Sidewalk
Use Permit. -
