The following information is being transmitted as requested at the January 22, 2003
Finance Committee meeting:
Communication No. 103 (Res. 35-03): Councilmember Tyler requested a copy of the
current rental agreement for the residence that houses our EMS ambulance unit. This
contract, which expires on March 1, 2003, is attached.
Communication 21.32: The discrepancy in figures for the HCFD CPS Equipment grant
is explained as follows: $11,160 is the estimated cost submitted for the grant request;
the $11,130 figure represents the actual and final cost for reimbursement. Please
transmit this information to Councilmember Holschuh.
Please call me if you need additional clarification on these matters.
