Scenic Corridor Overlay Districts
Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 265, Drafr 2, with the following
amendment as discussed at the January 22, 2003 Planning Committee meeting:
1. Page 5. Section 25-6-64 (e) (10)(A). Deletes the phrase "right for economic
return on investment" and replaces it with "rights to reasonable use of the property."
