From Councilmember Fred Holschuh. M.D., dated January 22, 2003, he has asked
the Coalition for a Tobacco Free Hawaii to give a brietng at the February 2003
Human Services and Economic Development Committee meeting regarding Bill 260.
The briefing will help the new Councilmembers become lamiliar with the tobacco
laws, assist in developing legislation to withstand legal challenges and to clarify
enforcement issues.
