Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 40, Uraff 3, which expands the
fair share contribution language in Condition J to ensure it is applicable to all additional
residences on a lot. It also clarifies what was "understood" that only residential lots without a
dwelling or valid residential building permit will be assessed the fair share contributions.
