Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 42, Draft 4, which inserts the
phrase "Planning Department and the" into Condition L as discussed at today's Council meeting.
This additional language clarifies that although the fair share contribution payment shall be made
to the Planning Department, because the person who signs off on the building permit may not be
aware of the payment, the payment receipt needs to be provided to the Planning Department
before they approve the building permit.
