Dear Councilman Arakaki, -
Please do everything you can to help us build a West Hawaii Civic Center.
We need to have a place to meet and eliminate the stress and anxiety that is
building up in our community. With a Center here, much more can be
accomplished and there is a much greater chance for harmony and good will
between East and West Hawaii.
