Re: RCS®~UTEON No. ~8, draft 2
Please replace Resolution No. 38 with the enclosed Draft 2 of this same resolution. As was
discussed at the recent Finance Committee on February 4th, ~~ve had inadvertently listed the
State owned parcel being leased and occupied by H. Harada Construction, Inc. The name
should have read- H. Harada Contractor, Inc. This draft 2 replaces all occurrences of
"Construction" with "Contractor" within the resolution.
