Enclosed is draft 2 of a bill for an ordinance amending chapter 19, articles 1, 7, and 8 of the
Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), relating to real property tax definitions; non-dedicated
agricultural use assessment and agricultural use dedication.
The original bill was submitted on January 22, 2003. Draft 2 changes to the following sections:
1. Article 8. Dedications. Section 19 .Commercial Agricultural Use Dedication. (b)
2. Article S. Dedications. Section 19 Commercial Agricultural Use Dedication. (c) (4).
